Does Hacoo ship to the Canary Islands? Check your postcode

If you want to order from Hacoo in Tenerife, Gran Canaria or another Canary Island, start with the delivery address for that order. Hacoo’s public shipping page lists Spain and gives a national delivery estimate. It does not give an island-by-island coverage list or a rate for a particular Canary Islands postcode. The useful check is whether Hacoo offers a delivery method and a price for the item and address you actually intend to use. You can review those details before deciding whether to pay.

01

Enter the address that will receive the parcel

In the Hacoo account you plan to order from, open the address section and add or review your delivery address. Hacoo’s EU help centre describes an address menu under the account menu. If the labels look different in your version of the app, look for the saved addresses used for delivery. Enter Spain, the actual postcode, municipality and street address. Where there are separate fields, use the province and town from your normal postal address. An island name on its own can leave the town or street ambiguous.

When you return to the basket, check which saved address is selected. A mainland address used for a previous purchase may still appear as the default. Changing the language to Spanish or displaying prices in euros tells you little about where this particular parcel will go. Read the summary line showing the destination, right down to the postcode. If the address selector suggests a different municipality, stop and check the address you entered before comparing delivery options.

02

Check one exact item before you build a basket

Begin with one item you would genuinely buy. Select the colour, size and quantity, open the basket in the official ordering service and continue to the delivery summary. Look for the selected address, a usable delivery option and the amount shown for shipping. If an arrival estimate appears, note the wording and date as well. A saved or shared product page can be a convenient way to find the item again, but the price visible in a catalogue cannot answer the delivery question for your basket.

Suppose you are comparing two similar pairs of shoes for delivery to Tenerife. Check the first pair in your size against your saved address. Then use the same address, quantity and size selection to check the second pair. If one shows a method and the other does not, you have learned something about those two offers. You still have no basis for saying that every shoe ships to Tenerife or that the entire island is excluded. Keeping the address fixed also makes any difference easier to explain to support.

03

Read the delivery result before deciding what to do

If the correct address remains selected and a delivery method and fee appear, save the quote if you want to compare later. Check the summary again just before payment, particularly after changing the quantity, applying an offer or entering a second address. If a shipping line explicitly shows zero, record it as the price quoted for that basket. An empty shipping field or a placeholder is a different result: the page has not given you a final shipping price.

If the address is accepted but the basket has no delivery method, try the original item on its own. If that works, add the other items back one at a time. If the single-item basket also fails, keep the exact message and item reference. Where the address itself is rejected, first correct any typo or mismatch between town, province and postcode. Do not replace your address with a mainland postcode to get past the form. A price calculated for that postcode tells you nothing about delivery to your door.

04

Find the actual shipping cost for your address

Hacoo’s shipping-fee information directs shoppers to checkout for the exact basic fee and describes weight as a factor. For a Canary Islands delivery, use the shipping line tied to your address and selected items. Separate the item subtotal, shipping, any displayed discount and the final amount payable. If a promotion applies, note where the deduction appears. A lower final total could come from a discount on the product while the shipping charge stays the same.

For a practical comparison, keep one note for a basket with just the shoes and another for the shoes plus a hoodie. Record the date, item quantities, delivery method, shipping amount and final total for each. This shows what the extra item would cost you in practice without assuming that each item attracts an identical charge. If shipping only appears late in checkout, wait for that line before comparing totals. A quote from a friend in Madrid or an older screenshot from another buyer is missing your exact destination, contents and date.

05

Understand the 15–30 day estimate for Spain

Hacoo’s public shipping page gives Spain a receiving-time estimate of 15–30 days. The same page describes receiving time as including processing and transport and says that estimates can vary. Treat that range as a starting point for planning. There is no separate Canary Islands deadline on the page. If your checkout or order confirmation shows a delivery window, copy it with the order date. Avoid adding the general processing period a second time to a window already described as the total time to receive the order.

A preorder can change how you interpret the dates. Hacoo says available items may ship separately from items that are preordered or awaiting stock. If you order two garments and see a tracking number for one, open the order details and check which garment belongs to that parcel. Keep the estimate and tracking reference for each shipment. If you need the second garment for a particular day, base your decision on the information for that garment. The delivery of the first parcel cannot tell you when the second one will arrive.

06

Ask Hacoo a question it can answer

If the basket still shows no usable option, use Hacoo’s in-app support channel. A useful first message is: “I’m trying to order [item reference and variant] for [postcode and municipality], Canary Islands, Spain. The saved address is accepted, but checkout shows [exact message]. Is delivery available for this item at that postcode, and where can I see the full shipping charge?” A cropped screenshot can show the delivery message without publishing your full address or payment details. Mention whether the item was alone in the basket.

If you have already paid and notice the wrong address, contact Hacoo promptly with your order reference through the order or account support route. The public shipping page says the window for correcting an address is small. Check the address recorded against the actual order even if you have since updated your address book. Keep any response with the order, particularly if the parcel has already been handed to a carrier. The outcome of a correction depends on the order’s stage.

FAQ

Does Hacoo deliver to all the Canary Islands?+

The official Spain information does not list coverage by island or postcode. Use the full delivery address and selected item at checkout. If no method appears, ask support about that exact combination.

Is shipping to the Canary Islands free?+

Use the shipping charge shown for your basket. A zero amount explicitly shown at checkout is evidence for that order. A blank field, another buyer’s promotion or a mainland delivery price cannot establish your fee.

Does a working product link mean I can order it to Gran Canaria?+

Opening the listing confirms that you can view it. Check your exact variant and delivery address in the basket to see whether the ordering service offers shipping.

Can I compare two addresses without paying?+

If both are genuine delivery options, select each in turn and review the final delivery summary before authorising payment. Note the postcode associated with each quote and restore the intended address before placing an order.
